How to do it:

  • Place a hand on your heart or belly and ask: What do I want to carry forward? What am I ready to embody?
  • Speak or write your intention clearly. Keep it simple and meaningful.
  • Let the flame anchor your focus.

Reflect with honesty and curiosity:

What has shifted in me this week?
What will I choose to continue nurturing—body, mind, or heart?
What does alignment feel like now, compared to Day 1?

BODY INVITATION:

3-minute full-body stretch flow + long exhale

This final movement sequence brings everything together—expansion, breath, and embodied presence.

How to do it:

  • Stand or lie down in a space where you can stretch freely.
  • Reach your arms overhead and lengthen your spine.
  • Gently twist side to side, roll shoulders, open the chest, stretch the legs.
  • Let it feel organic—no need to follow a fixed routine.
  • Breathe deeply as you move.
  • End with several long, slow exhales—through the mouth, like a sigh. Let it all land.
