How to do it:
- Choose a quiet space and a candle that feels symbolic or soothing.
- Light it slowly, mindfully.
- Take a few deep breaths.
- Place a hand on your heart or belly and ask: What do I want to carry forward? What am I ready to embody?
- Speak or write your intention clearly. Keep it simple and meaningful.
- Let the flame anchor your focus.

Reflect with honesty and curiosity:
What has shifted in me this week?
What will I choose to continue nurturing—body, mind, or heart?
What does alignment feel like now, compared to Day 1?

BODY INVITATION:
3-minute full-body stretch flow + long exhale
This final movement sequence brings everything together—expansion, breath, and embodied presence.
How to do it:
- Stand or lie down in a space where you can stretch freely.
- Reach your arms overhead and lengthen your spine.
- Gently twist side to side, roll shoulders, open the chest, stretch the legs.
- Let it feel organic—no need to follow a fixed routine.
- Breathe deeply as you move.
- End with several long, slow exhales—through the mouth, like a sigh. Let it all land.
