MINI RITUAL
Play a song and move freely to the rhythm
How to do it:
- Choose a song that stirs something in you—joy, calm, sensuality, power.
- Press play.
- Let your body move in response. No choreography, no performance.
- Sway, shake, roll, stretch—whatever feels good.
- Keep your breath soft and your awareness inward.
- Let the rhythm remind you: you don’t have to force anything—you can move with it.
JOURNAL PROMPT:
Write gently and honestly:
Where am I resisting flow in life?
How can I soften and move with what is?
💡 You might want to use metaphor: What does “flow” feel like to me? A river? A breeze? A pulse?
BODY INVITATION:
Hip circles + shoulder wave (1–2 mins each)
These movements awaken your joints, invite sensuality, and release blocked energy.
Hip Circles:
- Stand with feet hip-width apart, knees soft.
- Begin to circle your hips in one direction, slow and smooth.
- Let the rest of your body follow gently—shoulders loose, breath flowing.
- Switch directions after 1 minute.
Shoulder Wave:
- Stand or sit comfortably.
- Begin to roll one shoulder forward, then let the wave travel across your upper back to the other shoulder.
- Create a fluid “S” shape—imagine moving like water.
- Keep it relaxed, continuous, and playful.
