How to do it:

  • Sit or stand comfortably, relaxing your shoulders.
  • Using light pressure, gently stroke the sides of your neck and along your clavicles.
  • Use slow, upward and inward movements towards your lymph nodes.
  • Breathe deeply and soften into the sensation.
  • Repeat for 5 minutes, inviting your body to drain and let go.
