How to do it:
- Sit or stand comfortably, relaxing your shoulders.
- Using light pressure, gently stroke the sides of your neck and along your clavicles.
- Use slow, upward and inward movements towards your lymph nodes.
- Breathe deeply and soften into the sensation.
- Repeat for 5 minutes, inviting your body to drain and let go.
