No choreography, no performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sway, shake, roll, stretch\u2014whatever feels good.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keep your breath soft and your awareness inward.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let the rhythm remind you: you don\u2019t have to force anything\u2014you can move with it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>JOURNAL PROMPT:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Write gently and honestly:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Where am I resisting flow in life?<\/em><br><em>How can I soften and move with what is?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udca1 You might want to use metaphor: What does \u201cflow\u201d feel like to me? A river? A breeze?
