The AXO Method was born from the shared journey of Guillaume and Charlotte, a couple who have grown together personally and professionally for nearly two decades.<\/p>\n

Guillaume\u2019s career began in clinical practice, where he studied rehabilitation sciences and manual therapy in France. Over time, he observed how systemic inflammation was central to many of the health challenges his clients faced,\n from stress and fatigue to chronic discomfort. He became convinced that massage and bodywork could do far more than provide short-term relief, they could be tools for true recovery and prevention.<\/p>\n

Charlotte built her career in marketing and corporate culture, working across Europe to help companies create stronger, healthier teams. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she saw first-hand how stress and burnout were affecting organisations.\n When Guillaume shared his vision of a new method that could transform wellness, she knew her skills could help bring it to life.<\/p>\n

They decided to take a leap together. Guillaume developed and refined the treatment, building on years of research and practice, while Charlotte shaped the brand and business strategy. After dedicating themselves fully to the project,\n AXO Method emerged: a unique wellness framework designed to reduce inflammation, enhance recovery, and promote resilience.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The story behind the name<\/em><\/h3>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

The name AXO carries two layers of meaning.<\/p>\n

First, it was inspired by the axolotl, an extraordinary creature renowned for its ability to regenerate. Just as the axolotl restores and renews itself, the AXO Method is designed to help the body recover, reduce inflammation, and\n regain balance.<\/p>\n

Second, the word AXO connects to the ancient linguistic roots of alignment. Both \u201caxis\u201d and the prefix \u201caxo-\u201d come from a Proto-Indo-European root, meaning \u201caxle\u201d or \u201caxis\u201d. In Latin it became axis, and in Greek \u00e1x\u014dn, later used in\n modern science to describe the axon, the pathway through which nerve signals travel.<\/p>\n

For us, AXO symbolises both realignment and regeneration. It represents the body\u2019s ability to restore its natural axis, bringing structure, energy, and resilience back into balance.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
